Rigorous Vetting Process
Every officer is assessed against our tiered vetting model:
- Full Ops: Fully qualified CP or DS Officer with advanced combat capability, verified physical standards, and a strong track record of performing effectively under high-pressure operational conditions.
- Semi Ops: Fully qualified CP or DS Officers undergoing active skills and operational development, capable of supporting operations while progressing toward Full Ops status.
