Rigorous Vetting Process

Every officer is assessed against our tiered membership model:

  • Full Ops: Fully qualified with proven combat skills and physical standards
  • Semi Ops: On the pathway to Full Ops, under active development
  • Non Ops: Non-operational supporters committed to the movement and community safety
