Fully Operational Officers
- Valid SIA DS or CP licence (in date and verifiable)
- Proven combat proficiency in grappling and striking disciplines (BJJ, Judo, Boxing, MMA)
- Meets or exceeds prescribed strength standards in bench press, squat, and deadlift (minimum bodyweight ratios enforced)
- Demonstrated operational experience in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Clear, concise communication skills; fluent professional English required
- Maintains exceptional personal standards, discipline, and professional conduct at all times
